Det, Daestrana, and Maxy

Here's something I've been wanting to do for a while! These are my three favorite characters I've created for stories, web handles, etc.

The red-headed bitch is Detonator Stera. ^_^ She's my most commonly used persona (can you tell by my name? ^_^). She's loud, cocky, strong (she wields a Great Axe for a weapon), and short, much to her aggravation. Topping out at 5'5", she's a bit touchy about her height and isn't above laying the hurt on someone for poking fun at her for it. She represented what I, at age 15, wanted to be (cocky, a warrior) and what I wanted to change about myself (I'm short, and it bugged me at that age).

The sexy, dark-haired gypsy in the center is Daestrana Hanalaer. She's my newest favorite, and the only one of the bunch I've made a costume based on. She's a performer, and well-aware of her sexual appeal, and very flirtatious. She represented what I, at age 22-23, wanted to be (pretty, confident, tall, able to dance like something other than a drunken panda) and what I liked about myself (she has my skin tone and hair).

Happily, at this point (120+ pounds later!) I'm close to being what I wanted to be from each of these girls (I still don't know how to effectively wield a battle axe, and I ain't tall, but the rest of it, about there! ^_^)

And the last one is Maxy Steel. She's the oldest of the three creation-wise, being the springboard for a series I called Team Steel Maximum, inspired by the TV show Max Steel (which I started writing about 12 years ago!). She's Max's twin sister, and until Det came around about 10 years ago, she was my handle for everything. She represented everything that I thought was cool 12 years ago (let's just call her a squealing Mary-Sue of Doom). Now that I've started re-writing that series, she's developed an interesting personality, cool back story, and overall is considerably less lame than her younger counterpart.

There you have it These are my girls, I guess you could say the facets of my personality. Personally, I think they all rock pretty hardcore. ^_^

I don't remember where I got the idea for Det's outfit, Daestrana's is based off of Disney's Esmeralda, and Maxy's wearing the same uniform as Max does in the TV show.
